A coherent sequence of courses for 4 or more credits in CTE that consists of at least two courses in the same career cluster including at least 1 advanced CTE course (any course that is the third or higher course in a sequence); the final course in the sequence must be selected from: Education and Training; Government and Public Administration; Health Science; Human Services or Law, Public Safety, Corrections and Security

4 courses in Junior Reserve Officer Training Corps (JROTC)

SCIENCE, TECHNOLOGY, ENGINEERING, AND MATHEMATICS (STEM)

Includes courses related to science, technology, engineering, and advanced math

SOCIAL STUDIES

BUSINESS AND INDUSTRY

Includes courses directly related to database management, information technology, communications, accounting, and marketing
